Permit Fees (Skip Hire & Scaffolding)

14-Day Dispute Window
If you are unhappy with the quality of work after the service has been completed, you can raise a dispute within 14 calendar days of the job being marked as complete. After this window, disputes can no longer be raised through the platform. See our Terms of Service for full details of the dispute resolution process.

Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts. However, this right is waived once the service has started (i.e., the supplier has commenced work or materials have been delivered). By booking a service date within 14 days of your order, you expressly request that the service begins before the cooling-off period expires and acknowledge that your cancellation rights are limited to the policy above. This policy does not affect your other statutory rights.
