How do I get paid?

Customers pay securely through Stripe at the time of booking. Once the job is marked complete, your earnings (minus the 12% commission) are released within 48 hours directly to your bank account.

Can I set my own prices?

Absolutely. You have full control over your pricing. Our pricing wizard helps you set competitive rates, but the final price is always your decision.

What area can I cover?

You set your service area by postcode during registration. Customers within your radius will see your listing. You can update your coverage area anytime.

How quickly will I start getting bookings?

Once verified, you'll start appearing in customer searches for your area. We're onboarding a limited number of suppliers per area, so early registrations benefit from less competition.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, we require public liability insurance for all suppliers. This protects both you and your customers, and it's what earns you the verified badge.

Can I block out dates when I'm busy?

Yes. Your supplier dashboard includes an availability calendar where you can block out dates, holidays, or busy periods.
