Frequently Asked Questions

What does 'Verified' mean on Select2Connect?

Verified means the supplier has passed our checks for identity, insurance, and relevant licences. It does not guarantee the quality of work, but it confirms the supplier meets our minimum standards for operating on the platform.

What happens if a supplier doesn't complete the job?

Contact us through the platform. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, issue a refund or arrange an alternative provider. Our dispute resolution process is designed to be fair to both parties.

How do I report a problem?

Email [email protected] with your booking reference and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 12 hours.
